Sally Handlon is founder and president of Handlon Business Resources (HBR) LLC, a PA certified Women’s Business Enterprise, located in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. HBR assists business owners in meeting their goals by implementing projects in the areas of customer, sales, and business development, utilizing its extensive business experience and network of resources. HBR is a project partner to business owners and corporate executives.

Sally is a 2007 recipient of the PA Best 50 Women in Business, 2004 recipient of the U.S. Small Business Administration Women In Business Advocate—Philadelphia Region, The Morning Call’s Lehigh Valley “30 Who Shape the Valley” and “Women to Watch” as well as Niche magazine’s Top 100 Retailers Nominee. In 2011 she became the recipient of the Lehigh Valley Suits Award representing Management Consultants.

Active in the Lehigh Valley community for over 30 years, Sally has been involved with civic and business groups in Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton. She is currently active on the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation’s Executive Committee, General Board, and she chairs the Office of Minority and Women Business Owners.  She is also active on the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Finance Committee.Sally currently hosts a monthly radio show on WDIY 88.1 FM, which focuses on business in the Lehigh Valley.

A graduate of Penn State University with post graduate business courses at Muhlenberg College and Bucknell University, her varied employment experience includes: financial services, call center management, retail and commercial lending, higher education, community and institutional recreation, community health planning, small business ownership, corporate mergers & acquisitions. She is also a graduate of David Winston’s Center for Herbal Studies, two year and graduate program.
